@bzbarsky FYI. In addition to this there's some mangling of the prototype's own properties and instance's own properties, but only if we happen to find an instance. This makes for some confusion in the case of Event's isTrusted, which is on instances only.

The problem is that the spec for CSSStyleDeclaration + CSSFontFaceRule is somewhere between "silly" and "not web compatible". See w3c/csswg-drafts#825 and w3c/csswg-drafts#1692
This is why the issue is not "a high priority" for the Firefox team: there is no solution presently suggested that actually solves the issue.
I should also note that as of August 2017 the CSSWG seems to be about to spec something like the Firefox behavior as the "solution" anyway. Again, see w3c/csswg-drafts#1692

If by proxy behaviour is meant provide attributes that belong to the
interface on all instances, but not the prototype, then yes.
