Could we make it less prominent than in the Dart Editor and hide it in the main menu?

Sgtm! Also adding @lukechurch. Dan is adding support for this into the Editor, so I wanted him to be aware of this Spark issue.

I thought that having it so prominent in the Dart Editor was a praised feature, not a bug? (Even though the way it looks there seems a little strange to me - it's very unbuttony).

It does drive a lot of people to using the feedback feature, which is honestly a bit of a mixed bag.
