The error code 400 means that some Json request query property is missing.
400 | bad_request | Some required parameter is missing or has the wrong value.Details will be in the errorDetails field.
It is likely that you have forgotten to include your user details in the request.

Thanks for replying. But if it is because of the missing field then it should always show error when I try to create intent, wherever sometimes it is working and sometimes it doesn't.
