I can't reproduce the issue. Can you do the following steps please:
- Connect the tablet to a computer
- Run 'adb logcat -c'
- Connect to the WALT
- Attempt to run the test
- Connect to a computer again
- Run 'adb logcat -d > log.txt'
- Attach log.txt here or send it to me in some other way

It would also be good to verify if the tablet detecs WALT as a microphone.
Connect WALT, kill the WALT app, record some sound as if you were recording from built-in mic. Check if the sound gets recorded. If yes, we have a problem with how we prtend being a microphone.
