Internally we have IterableSubject.hasSize(int) and MapSubject.hasSize(int). They will be mirrored out with the next release. @cgruber any eta on that now that we've straightened out the containsExactly stuff?

Do you have something similar for Strings too?
assertThat("oops".length).is(4);
looks bad too :|

Not yet, but assertThat(string).hasLength(4) sounds pretty good...I'll try to get that API reviewed and submitted shortly.

Technically this item is in at head, so I"m going to close this. We should have some other length items for array types and strings per @kluever 's comment above.
