Add Min/Max/Average/Rate to timeline_analyzer.js about trace-viewer HOT 8 CLOSED

The selection summary is so close to this that I think we should just add these features there (it's easy enough to select all, right?).

Selection summary already has total duration and number of instances, so we would just need to add min/max/mean and standard deviation.

Lets focus on min/max/avg and rate

Ideally, also, rate should be the periodicity of an event, probably in instances-per-sec.

E.g. if I select objects that occur at 10, 20 and 30, the period should be 10. The game, of course, is figuring out to do when the numbers are not exactly periodic. E.g. 10, 11, 31

If computing this is costly, we only need to do it if all the selected events are of the same name.
