Additional notes:
- How to display a timeline for something with >3000 steps?
- continuous slider https://material.io/components/sliders, calculate on the client side the position relative to the ends and calculate the steps
- Displaying color on the slider based on mutation?
- Hard to implement, also might be more confusing to users
- What about when the graph is filtered?
- Slider size won't change.
- slider would only represent the relevant mutations
- slider position would be relative to the relevant mutations (not the total number of mutations)
- Text box to input exact mutation number besides it
- Next/prev button would move the slider with it
Note: base this PR's branch off highFilter to get the latest changes on filtering + next/prev
