verify that byte arrays are handled consistently about protobuf.dart HOT 3 OPEN

My current thinking is that we should have a separate PbByteList class and use PbList only for repeated fields.

When printing, a byte array is displayed as a repeated field:

In this example jobId is a UUID containing 3b0daaae11f543e4ae9009dac356ccf8. This field is declared as optional bytes field, but it is rendered like repeating int32.
