See also the discussion at

about CLIF not currently being packagable with conda. Since Nucleus currently depends on CLIF, that would block Nucleus being conda-ized until it is fixed.

Thanks for this request! Better installation options are definitely on our short term radar, and we will take a look at conda/bioconda as one of those options.

Agreed. Right now I don't want to install nucleus because the install.sh script would overwrite my Conda python install.

Hi @darwinbandoy, at this time, we do not have plans to support this. If we do, we will be sure to update the documentation to reflect it.
