There is no easy way to do this I'm afraid. The whole editable demo is set up to work with equirectangular images. What are you trying to achieve?

Thanks for this answer.
Basically I want to change color of image between two points without mouse drag. I just want to click on two points on screen and color(black & white to color) should get changed between these two points. two points can be in straight line or up down or in certain angle.
