The 2014 client is available for installation here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.samples.apps.iosched
There was a package name change, so you'll need to install it again even if you already have the 2013 version installed.
We'll be open sourcing the code here shortly after I/O 2014 ends. Until then, the code in this repository is still the 2013 version.
