You can build the server side part on Eclipse:
cd updater
./gradlew.sh eclipse
cd ../gcm-server
./gradlew.sh eclipse
Eclipse configuration files should have been created based on the gradle files. Now just open Eclipse and open/import both projects.
As for the Android module, we don't support Eclipse, as all of our team has used Android Studio to implement it.
