Great idea, I think having a separate file for all the projects (and maybe another for links, etc) would help keep the README to be more focused and make discovering libraries using Incremental DOM more discoverable.
Personally, I tend not to think of Incremental DOM as really as a discrete entity. I think of it more of just a tiny tool to use in a larger library. The main point of focus should be the value that your thing provides (perhaps a cool template language or a very tiny but complete component system or integration with how data is fetched or a cool way to build web components, etc), so having a name that has nothing to do with incremental-dom seems to make the most sense to me.

+1 The Templating Languages section is small now but as this project and its dependents mature it would be nice to see how others are using incremental-dom in their libraries, projects, and experiments.
