it references commit 782d732 and says it's 2 weeks old. but it's actually only a couple
of hours old at this moment.
it should be calculating off of the commit time, not the patch creation time.

Blame shows author time, not commit time. E.g. git blame and git log on the command
line will tell you author time. The web UI is matching that behavior.
