Reconsider unification of e-4B4 (hospital) about emoji4unicode HOT 5 CLOSED

No, this unification is ancient. It predates this public project. All I did in 
r65 
was fix the name so it matches the name of the Unicode character this symbol is 
unified with. I only received the AMD6 names data file recently, enabling me to 
do 
cross-checking of names for the ARIB symbols now.

This is just a data point, however. I am not against disunification if others 
agree 
with it.

I am looking at the Japanese TV Symbols (ARIB) proposal, and I agree with the 
disunification. Given other Emoji & ARIB symbol names, I think we can go back 
to just 
"HOSPITAL" if we disunify.

Note: When we disunify, we now have to assign a new glyphRefID, one higher than 
the 
current maximum. See the bottom of generated/emoji_post_source.xml and make 
sure to 
run run_tests.sh

I agree that we should disunify.

Fixed in r75. Disunified from ARIB-9109/U+26E8. The new glyph ID is:621.

r76 updated the 3 data files in the generated directory.
