Injectables with same name should raise exception even in different scope about dpy HOT 4 CLOSED

I thought that was the idea: To have injectables in different scopes with the same name, no?

Yeah, but I think if the name is already provided under current scope structure, it shouldn't be injected again.

For example

@ioc.Inject
def bar(foo=ioc.IN):
  print foo

@ioc.Scope
def Vodka():
  ioc.Injectable.value('foo', 'vodka')
  bar()  # This is fine.

@ioc.Scope
def Gin():
  ioc.Injectable.value('foo', 'gin')
  Vodka()  # This should throw a Error states that 'foo' is already provided.

In short, sibling scopes should be able to inject same name, ancestor and children are exclusive.
