No longer can inject into generic classes about dagger HOT 5 CLOSED

I "improved" generics support in 2ea676a, but might have broken something. I'll take a look.

Yup, I broke this. I've got a CL to sort of fix it, and it'll make it out here after the next push. I say "sort of fix it" because allowing it again is a problem since we have real generics support now. The fix right now will at least produce sane error message telling you what's wrong (using raw types or unbounded type parameters).

(I realize it's safe to allow in this particular scenario because the type never injects something with its type parameter and nor do its superclasses... but it's hard to generate code that allows this specific case while also supporting the case where it does inject something referencing the type parameter.)
