Yup, I'd be interested in a bower update mechanism! The most important things for me are:
- we can consciously choose to move between stable versions (perhaps, run a bower command, test things, and commit a new version to the repo)
- any bits of codemirror that are committed into the repo need to live in
third_party, so we can keep third party code separate from the dart library
In support of the 2nd item, there's currently a build task (./grind copy-codemirror), which just copies codemirror from the third_party directory to lib/.
