What's weird is that I can't even trigger those OOMs using ./infra/helper.py run_fuzzer --external with the same seed corpus even though there rss_limit_mb=2560 is passed to libFuzzer as well as far as I can see. I think #65 would have helped here too.

Anyway, I don't think rss_limit_mb should be set when REPORT_OOMS is set to false because in my particular case I ended up with "green" CI running the fuzz targets for 2 seconds and bailing out.

It seems the only way to get it around is to trim the seed corpora to prevent the fuzz target from hitting those code paths (which is far from ideal of course)
