We do not have to report containers without pods are orphan, because it is the normal situation when a container is started on a machine explicitly with the "docker run" command. The parent of this container should be the Node instead of a particular pod.

#86 handles containers running outside pods correctly.
The other kind of orphan resource is a process running outside a container. I do not believe that it is possible even to query such processes, because you need to have a valid container ID in order to get the information about the processes. So the only kind of orphan Docker resources we may encounter is containers running without a parent pod, which we handle correctly in #86.
