@ltrabuco, I believe this was originally your issue.
As far as I can tell, only IE supports text-justify. I've found the MSDN description and it links to the W3C standard's description. However, also at the top of that document, is this notice:
The following features are at risk and may be cut from the spec during its CR period if there are no (correct) implementations:
[...]
• the ‘text-justify’ property
We already support the -ms-text-justify property, so I'm marking this as closed. Please re-open if you have more info that would justify (haha) implementing this.
