make opencv package about cdep HOT 3 OPEN

Was looking at how to build this for a bug. The following works with r15 beta 2:

$ ANDROID_NDK=/path/to/ndk-r15-beta2 cmake \
    -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=$OPENCV_PATH/platforms/android/android.toolchain.cmake \
    -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON \
    -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release \
    $OPENCV_PATH

They have their own CMake toolchain. I didn't try with ours.

Once r15 goes to stable it should also be possible to add -fopenmp to the cflags and ldflags to speed this up.

Do you have a link to the CMake project you're talking about? Last time I looked I only found a custom build script (or there was also prebuilt for Android but it used gnustl)
