Tried this with clang 3.5 and 3.6 with LTO. Both does not work.
The thing is that dwarf4 only requires that DW_AT_abstract_origin use "reference" value. Why is it here "DW_FORM_ref4" is enforced?
llvm use "DW_FORM_ref_addr" for DW_AT_abstract_origin
from autofdo.

The fix is in the first pull request. Needs further confirmation of correctness though.
