I updated the readme.md file and generate pull request.

We have discussed the approach with pre-built Docker image. As we will release a new version of the environment from time to time we would also like to provide a fresh version of the image together with it.
Hence we will look into building Docker image with the next release of the environment.
Hikmet, could you provide your instructions for building the image, so that we can cross check with our process (to make sure we don't miss something that you might be depending on)?
