1- You can create a shortcut for a contact and when pressed, the app makes a call.
2- Maybe someday in the future.
3- This feature will not be available until Google starts supporting it.

7- Android blocks the app from accessing the lock screen. Some manufacturers add additional permissions to access the lock screen, we need to give them to our app. Also our app should have permission to display on top of other apps.
