First of all, please try to play with "minFaceSize" and "scaleFactor" parameters. Also, you can try to decrease thresholds.

OK, I tried with
minFaceSize:10.f
scaleFactor:0.4f
Threshold: 0.25f
still only one face is detected.

For getting more faces you need to increase scaleFactor. Try 0.9 or 0.95.

In my test I show only one face at once so probably you just need to press any key to see the next face or you can implement displaying all the faces if it's needed.
