что есть касательная?
и не очень понял что значит уголки-стрелочки под углом 30

ну там кривой линии-то нет, там сегменты прямолинейные, поэтому что в этом случае считать касательной не очень понятно )
про уголки-стрелочки понял, сразу не допёр, что ты такие имел ввиду
в общем получается нужны уголки-стрелочки под углом 30 к крайним сегментам трека, так?

Прямая линия это частный случай кривой. У прямых касательные тупо совпадают с ними.
