If you are using PG you don't need to define your own NullTime

In this case. NullTime works just like another model. so gorm will treat it as a dependency.
There should be no easy way to fix the issue unless gorm have builtin support for NullTime.
Will add the support later.

After more thoughts, I think above solution is not the best. If so, we will lose the flexible of defining other Scanners.
So I improved gorm to support all kinds of Scanner. and won't add the support of NullTime to the core to keep it flexible and tiny.
Above code should works now.
