this connector is basically not working, missing HPP_BILLING_STREET1 and all billing address related parameters for hosted payment page
HPP_CUSTOMER_EMAIL is also missing
from node-sdk.

this connector needs to be working for partners to integrate using nodejs, please try to get this to work @slogsdon

pull request #7 has been made 4 years ago, we have a functionnal version available at https://github.com/46dnds/globalpayments-node-sdk
