Hello,
Please don't waist your time trying to build iOS under simulator target - it doesn't work on simulator. The only working option is to run on real device. And for publishing you need to make an archive using xCode. The only problem I faced when making archive is that distribute button wasn't available, this answer helped me: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55467829/xcode-10-1-doesnt-show-distribute-app-option-when-archiving-cant-archive

hi you should do this:
Configure the unity plugin in flutter ( IOS)
Click Runner => General => Frameworks, Libraries => add UnityFramework.framework with embed & sign
Click Runner => build phases => Link Binary With Libraries => add UnityFramework.framework
Click Pods => flutter_unity => Enable Bitcode = No

Had the same issue. Tried everything, but what fixed the error was:
- In xCode select Pods
- Select flutter_unity
- Select Build Settings -> Deployment
- Set iOS Deployment Target to
iOS 11.0
