Hello @fmineo :) what kind of refactoring did you have in mind?
As you can see I started to work on this during the weekend, so if you let me know what are your ideas, we can talk about it and understand if we're going in the same direction and also if it can be divided in subtask eventually :)
Btw, the project is typescript based, the js part are only a transpiled version of ts, in fact they are not anymore present into the repo!
Still we can discuss it and if we decide to proceed I can help you with ts :) Let me know!

Hi @Giuliano1993, what I had in mind is to use a more modular and object-oriented approach, likely using classes and interfaces so that they can be extended or replaced more easily in the future.
Something similar is already done for the creation of the angular component, but not using classes.
