For now I've written a custom script to iterate over and parse the files in the .licenses
directory, but this would still be a great enhancement.

@jprince 👋 what format of data would you like for the SBOM? Licensed already has a notices command which outputs a single file with dependency name, version, and license contents. If there's another format you'd prefer I can certainly look into it 👍
