Please use the latest gauge version. If you still face errors please inspect logs for errors and share it without any sensitive information.
In the logs folder, you may see some .out files. Please see if they yield any hints.

@sriv i did install latest gauge but facing same issue. gauge logs are same as old logs and .out files doesn't have much information other than "{"logLevel":"debug","message":"multithreading is set to true"}
{"logLevel":"debug","message":"multithreading enabled, number of threads=8"}".
