modes = $.oc.codeEditorExtensionModes,
on line 534 to
modes = { css: "css", htm: "html", html: "html", js: "javascript", less: "less", md: "markdown", sass: "sass", scss: "scss", txt: "plain_text", yaml: "yaml", php: "php" },
in devtools/assets/october.cmspage.js

and remove this
$this->addJs('/modules/backend/formwidgets/codeeditor/assets/js/build-min.js', 'core');
on line 62 in file devtools/controller/editor.php
