This is indeed a problem with how Greyhole reads smb.conf
A change was made yesterday in Greyhole codebase to use testparm to read smb.conf.
Try this:
testparm -s /etc/samba/smb.conf
If this shows all options for your shares under the same [header], then yesterday changes will fix this too.
Those changes will be included in the next version, or you can make the changes yourself manually, in /usr/bin/greyhole:
