Same thing happens with moved files.

Added and modified files will be handled correctly by fsck.

Possible solution: save in a new table all delete & renames that happened when 1+ drives are missing. Only insert in the table if we know a file copy is present on a missing drive.
When a drive comes back, play back those tasks in the same order they happened before, while only working on the file copies on the drive that re-appeared.

Another possible solution: during the fsck that happens when a drive re-appears, when we find a file on a re-appearing drive that isn't on the other drives, simply move that file to the trash. This assumes all files that are only on a re-appearing drive, and for which other copies should exist, shouldn't be there anymore.
