- Support for maximum function local count has been added to ARM backend.
- ARM-specific program size limit has been promoted to common text size limit (512 MB).
- ARM backend still imposes function-specific text size limit (4 MB), while x86 backend doesn't have a limit.
Text size limits would ideally be applied consistently across backends, but estimation is hard. A conservative wasm code size limit would have to be very small.
