document how to actually install :-} about ivory HOT 3 CLOSED

if I do "cabal install ivory" it does stuff. It looks like it installed ivory-0.1.0.0. Does that mean I didn't need to bother cloning this here repo at all? If that's true, it would perhaps be helpful to state that explicitly in the docs. :-)

I don't know (if this is master you're building). You can try to diagnose the build failure by comparing your build to Travis's build.
