都可以生成没错，但是访问短链接，被封的域名会跳到拦截提示页。

是的，这个项目目前是采用这个方法检测，其他检测方法还在研究。

我是通过页面中是否包含 “已停止访问该网页” 的文本去判断的，这个比较简单，也可以用其他方法吧。
