ReadTheDocs website root url redirects to the wrong destination about sure HOT 5 CLOSED

Where did you find that link? http://sure.readthedocs.io ?
It doesn't seem to be linked anywhere in the source code ..

Me, too. However, this would be an rtd issue rather than a sure issue - Therefore I'll close this issue :)

I doubt this is not a configuration issue. I've never run into this myself. E.g. if you go here, it redirects correctly: https://docs.readthedocs.io/ . (I assume you manage the rtd site for sure.)

This https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/builds.html#deleting-a-stale-or-broken-build-environment shows that you need to somehow change the value of READTHEDOCS_VERSION from master to latest.
