Adding Plugins Not Explicitly clear: about uptime HOT 2 CLOSED

To enable the console plugin, just create a file under the main 'plugins/' folder named 'index.js'. (the main app.js requires this file on bootstrap). In this new index.js file, just add the following:

exports.init = function() {
  require('./console').init();
}

And that's all. What happens is:

1. The app.js requires the module from plugins/index.js - the one you've just added. It's the master plugin bootstrap.
2. This module calls all plugins individually. With the example script, it just calls one, plugins/console/index.js. Your custom plugins can be initialized the way you want, but it's a good rule of thumb to provide an init() method, just like the console plugin.
