[Feature Request] Automatically import PDFs about paperlib HOT 5 CLOSED

Could you please explain more about this? What is reimporting?

Apologies for any confusion earlier. I'm curious to know if there's a way to set up an automatic import of PDFs from the folders where we store our papers to paperlib, perhaps on a daily basis or at some regular interval.

When you import papers, you can drag and drop them onto the main UI. We don’t recommend to directly put files into the folder of the filesystem.

You can also use the browser extension to import papers.

I cannot get the point why we should import files in the folder at some regular interval.

If you really need this for some reasons, you can try v3.0 beta and develop an extension to implement this.

I believe it’s a very simple extension.
