IIRC, @adlerjohn asked me to rename sway-rs to fuels-rs, which is being reflected here as well (ts instead of rs). And I believe he suggested that because we're getting a lot of inspiration from ethers.js (https://docs.ethers.io/v5/) and ethers-rs (https://github.com/gakonst/ethers-rs), which does the s at the end.
I'm okay with either fuel-ts or fuels-ts, but we gotta make sure to rename all places referring to these pkgs.
