这儿使用 decode() 应该是没问题的：
这个中间件依赖的 jwt 插件（目前是 egg-jwt，正在升级为 jwt midway 组件）自带（默认启用）的中间件会对 token 进行校验（verify()）。并且校验时机是在进入本中间件( jwt-auth.ts) 之前，确保 token 正确
当然，如果改为直接从 ctx.user （ jwt midway 组件是 ctx.jwtState.user ）上面直接取值就更安全了。
