如果只是放监控面板的话，倒是没必要开这个。但是如果域名下还挂了其它站点，这种是最简单的DDoS攻击防范措施。

你一个argo隧道域名，比如 web.nezha.com，还能同时挂到多个网站？他是作用于根域名 nezha.com？

要解决这个，估计要找哪吒官方，来看看客户端与服务端的通讯如何处理这个 Under Attack 模式。
我猜想即使你不用本项目，使用官方的，客户端与服务端通讯用这个带 Under Attack 模式的域名，一样是通讯不了。
