No I'm not, and that's sad because I can't push my gem on rubygem because of this one which does not exists.

Can't you just use a different name?

Can you please change the name and upload to Rubygems?

Hey,
I reached out to Thomas about this via e-mail a couple of days ago. He has started a discussion to see what we can do. The plan is to try to grab the name, but if that doesn't go anywhere use an alternate name. I have also joined in as a collaborator. I am actively using this for a client and am also jumping in to start to add features, improve the testing, adding support for Travis etc.. Right now we are tagging the builds which means you can lock down the version, though obviously that is not ideal long term. We haven't drawn a line in the sand yet as to when we will just go with a different name if we can't grab passbook. I don't have an immediate need, but would like to see it get on RubyGems sooner rather than later. Do you have any projects using this that need to have it on Ruby Gems yesterday or can you hold on a bit longer as is?

@lgleasain thanks for the response! I can hold off a bit. No worries. Probably for as long as 2-4 weeks.

Ok, we are up on rubygems.org with a modified name of 'passbook-ios'. Let us know if you have any problems etc..
