Enforce unique names for parts, optional names for wires about fritzing-app HOT 6 CLOSED

This actually only happens if the wires are not given a unique name, as the schema
currently requires.
The problem is similar for parts without unique names.
We have to somehow enforce that..

New solution: We will add a hidden attribute 'id' to each part that will contain a
unique string to identify this part.
This way, the XML stays clean and readable enough, and within Fritzing, users don't
have to bother about parts having the same name/label.
