That menu is created by Python and (Py)Qt and we have very limited control on it. Moreover the translation of the entries we add to that menu (about, preferences, quit) are treated in the same way as the other menu entries, so I suspect that we cannot fix this problem. Anyway, I'll check again.

Now I understand why it looks different from other menus. Anyway, this is just a "wish" and not a defect.

Apparently, the translation should be done in the app bundle metadata.
