poppler: 0.83.0
This version is quite old.
I wonder if upgrading this and other dependencies might solve this issue. I cannot reproduce it on Linux.
Someone should create a new Windows binary. See #1093

Thanks @fedelibre! It appears that several other libraries are a bit old as well, like Qt and Python itself. I've had someone else confirm on Win11 that they aren't seeing this problem I am. Either way, it would be great to update these library versions.

Oh, and I would also mention that the Manuscript View has the same problem which isn't surprising since it uses the same tools. So, I imagine maybe updating these will fix everything for Windows users?
