我觉得删除云端同时删除本地，那是很危险且不合逻辑的事（万一云端有异常，而本地没版本管理，一同步本地不是全删了），云端主要应用场景是本地的备份。正常同步逻辑应是可选择“同步成功后自动删除本地已同步文件”。文件整理，可在云端另行处理。

我也非常需要「同步删除」功能，市面上第三方相册工具基本都不支持这个功能，只能备份不能真正同步。因此除了2TB iCloud，我还订阅了100GB Google One，就是为了用Google 相册一次性管理多平台设备的照片。

楼上担心误操作可以理解，但我觉得让用户自己选择更好，比如是「双向同步」还是「仅上传」、「释放空间」等。
